  • How much does TRIM cost?
    TRIM is $199 for a 7-week "round." Rounds start at the beginning of each month, include one week of onboarding and 6 weeks of programming.
  • How long is the program?
    TRIM is a structured 7-week program (including onboarding week) designed to introduce you to healthier habits and sustainable fitness routines. We include a bonus onboarding week to practice before the full 6 weeks officially starts.
  • Do I have to do a lot of meal prep?
    Meal prep is not mandatory, but we provide guidelines and tips if you choose to prep meals to make your week easier. We also offer mix and match meal plans with full days created for you that are pre-loaded in our TRIM food tracker. Choose what you like and skip what you don't!
  • Do I have to do intermittent fasting?
    Intermittent fasting is completely optional in TRIM. We offer various dietary approaches and encourage you to choose the one that feels most sustainable and comfortable for you. You'll still see amazing results without fasting. What I do ask is that you don't eat any late night snacks after dinner.
  • Can I still do my own workout program?
    Absolutely! While TRIM provides comprehensive workout plans that complement the nutritional aspect of the program, you are welcome to incorporate your own workouts. Your trainer will advise on the best days for certain workouts during your first round. We have guys that train for marathons and compete in powerlifting while doing the TRIM nutrition protocol.
  • Can I use MyFitnessPal instead of the TRIM Food Tracker?
    While our TRIM Food Tracker is optimized to work seamlessly with the program's goals, you can certainly use MyFitnessPal if you prefer. Our team can help you integrate its use into our coaching for optimal results.
  • Can my wife or partner join me?
    Definitely! TRIM is designed for anyone looking to improve their health and fitness. We encourage partners to join together as it can increase motivation and support. Sign up together for a discount by bundling, and enjoy the men's and women's programs designed to be completed together.
  • I've tried other programs online and they didn't work for me, why is TRIM different?
    TRIM isn't just about diet and exercise; it's a holistic approach that incorporates mindset, community support, and customization to fit your personal needs and lifestyle. Our aim is to help you build sustainable habits, not just provide a quick fix.
  • Do I have to belong to a gym?
    No, all TRIM workouts are designed to be done at home or in the gym. If working out at home, you will need some basic equipment like dumbbells at a weight that challenges you and a set of excercise bands.
  • Do I have to get up at 4am?
    Not at all. Do your workouts at a time that fits your schedule. For a lot of dads in the program, this has meant waking up earlier to take care of their needs so they can serve the family when they get up. TRIM members work out at all times of day - before work, lunch breaks, after hours.
  • Is TRIM a bodybuilding program?
    No, TRIM is a comprehensive food, fitness and accountability program. Our most successful clients end up looking fantastic with their shirt off, mainly due to healthy food choices and consistency for months at a time, however.
  • Is it an in-person bootcamp?
    TRIM is delivered 100% online. Once signed up, you'll get instructed on how to download our app onto your phone. You will receive all of your workouts, recipes, track your food and communicate with your trainer via the app.
